Any spongers (male or female) participating in the great face bush grow-a-thon that is Movember??

It's for a good cause, and its clinically proven to keep your lip warm when duck diving** :{D

** Fact, Ever seen a seal looking chilly in the water? No, that's because they have an awesome tash...

    The Details:

'During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.'

    About Movember

It's a bit of fun, but anything that raises money for cancer is worth a shot in my book.

If anybody would like to chuck in some pennies, my link is Movember United Kingdom - Home

Will be donating some cash, my uncle starts his chemo next week. Its digusting that cancer research charitys have to exist, while our government pisses away a fortune on wars, bailing out banks, mp expenses etc.

Having smoked all sorts for the past 20 plus years I too am growing a goatie for Movember and knocking the fags on the head hopefully for the last time, 22 days so far (haven't got the cojones to grow a tash and look like a 70's porn star.)

I fully support cancer research having lost all four grandparents to the evil disease and ask all others capable of manicuring a lip rug to do so, even if you don't register.

Remember 1/2 to 1/3 of us will suffer from one form of cancer or another during our life times.

I read in the Metro yesterday that the lady who came up with the pink cross ribbon died this week.

Evelyn Lauder, longtime Estee Lauder executive and founder of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, died at the age of 75 from ovarian cancer.

    Respects to you Mamm.
